Eucalyptus oil comes from the leaves of eucalyptus trees. Eucalyptus oil is especially useful when cold weather approaches. Because it is very helpful in treating cough, easy breathing, and flu. Not only this, eucalyptus oil is known to control sugar levels, disinfect wounds, freshen breath, and eases joint paint. Anti-inflammatory properties of eucalyptus can ease symptoms of herpes. It also speeds up the healing process. It should not be applied directly to the skin. It can be used in a warm bath or as an inhaler by adding a few drops of the oil in hot water and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes.

Bergamot oil comes from the peel of citrus fruit. Like lavender oil, it is also used in aromatherapy. Bergamot oil’s scent gives a calming effect to the mind and body. It is also known to treat anxiety, depression, and stress. Bergamot oil has also shown an effect in reducing cholesterol and bad LDL cholesterol. It can be used by adding a few drops to other products like shampoo, body wash, scrubs, etc. bergamot oil can also be used as a lotion by mixing it with any carrier oil.
